Ordering & checkout
- How do I place an order? Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and follow the secure checkout prompts. You can check out as a guest or sign in for faster checkout.
- Which payment methods are accepted? We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and DOe gift cards. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- Can I change my order after submitting it? Orders can be edited or cancelled within 30 minutes of confirmation from your account dashboard. After that, contact support and we’ll do our best to help before shipping.
Shipping & delivery
- What are the delivery timelines? In-stock items ship within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
- How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also monitor delivery status from the Orders section of your account.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier availability. Duties and taxes will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Returns & warranty
- What is your return policy? Most items can be returned within 30 days in like-new condition with original packaging. Start a return from your Orders page or reach out to support.
- How are refunds processed? Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Is there product warranty coverage? All DOe devices include a standard 1-year limited warranty. You can add extended protection during checkout or within 30 days of purchase.
Account & security
- Do I need an account? You can check out as a guest, but creating a DOe account lets you track orders, manage warranties, and save payment preferences.
- How do I reset my password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
- How is my data protected? We use industry-standard encryption, routine security audits, and comply with regional privacy regulations to safeguard your information.
